- First, lets get in touch! You can select the package that’s best suited for you and schedule a call with one of our members. We like to get to know our clients first to make sure we are a good fit for each other. We will set up a 30-minute phone call to do so! This way we can hear more about your business, your project load amount, etc.
- First payment – Once the paperwork is completed and and advance of the retainer fee is paid, we will discuss and lay out all your projects needed for the month and get to work! We will schedule our monthly phone calls on the calendar so that they are consistant and planned out. Prior to the next month, we will use one of those phone calls to review the next month’s priorities. Balance payment to be paid within the last week of the month.
- Repeat – We will repeat the process every 2 months, as long as you see fit.
- Re-evaluate – At the end of the 2nd we will re-evaluate your plan to see if it needs hours removed, or hours added if you had overage billed often.
